1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01am (ET) on 9/2/08, eligible U.S. residents may visit www.mrclean.com and eligible Canadian residents may visit www.mrclean.ca and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59pm (ET) each day during the promotion period to be eligible for that day’s prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59pm (ET) on 1/4/09 to be eligible for the Grand and First Prize Drawing. Non-winning daily entries will not be rolled over into subsequent daily drawings but will be eligible for the Grand and First Prize drawing. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and residents of Canada who are of legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Daily random drawings will be conducted approximately 7 days after each day of the promotion period from among all eligible entries received for that day’s drawing. The Grand and First Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about 1/26/09 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59pm (ET) on 1/4/09. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a daily prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that day. Odds of winning the Grand or First Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the promotion. Winners will be notified by mail.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 127 prizes with a total approximate retail value of $4,336.25 U.S. Dollars will be awarded as follows: (1) Grand Prize – A check for $3,000 that may be used toward a spa getaway; (1) First Prize – A check for $1,000 toward a day at a spa; (125) Daily Prizes (1 per day) – A package of 2 Mr. Clean Magic Eraser® Extra Power (Approximate Retail Value: $2.69 U.S. Dollars per prize). Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one Daily Prize per person or household. Limit a Grand or a First Prize per person or household.

5. GENERAL RULES: If potential Grand or First Prize winner is a U.S. resident, winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. To be declared a winner, residents of Canada must correctly answer an arithmetical skill-testing question and execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Procter & Gamble and its agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the U.S. this sweepstakes is referred to as “Mr. Clean ‘3X the Relaxation’ Sweepstakes and in Canada this sweepstakes is referred to as “Mr. Clean ‘The Relaxation’ Sweepstakes. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

6. WINNERS: U.S. residents may visit www.mrclean.com and Canadian residents may visit www.mrclean.ca throughout the promotion period to see the daily winners’ names. The Grand and First Prize winners’ names will be available on www.mrclean.com and www.mrclean.ca, 2/2/09 through 3/31/09.
