Why am I getting an invalid ZIP code error?
Make sure the ZIP code you entered does to contain any letters or characters or any extra spaces. Check that you have you meet the geography requirements listed in the rules. These state that you must be a resident of the 50 US States or Washington, D.C. to play the game.

Why am I getting an error message when I enter my birth date?
Check the rules to be sure that you meet the age requirements. Players must be at least 18 years old to enter the Contest or Sweepstakes.

When I vote, why does it say that I can only enter the Sweepstakes once?
According to the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes, players may enter the Sweepstakes only one time per day. Come back each day and vote to be entered every day.

How do I get a YouTube URL?
To officially enter your video, you must first submit your video to YouTube and have been assigned a URL from your YouTube upload. This URL is required. If you do not have this URL, please see How To Enter Video Contest for more details. The information already entered on the Contest Entry form will not be stored and will have to be re-entered.

How will I know if I won the Contest or the Sweepstakes?
All winners are notified via mail. A list of winners will be posted after the contest and sweepstakes have concluded.

Why don't I see my video? I uploaded my video to YouTube and entered the Contest on Mr. Clean Scenes, but I still don't see it on the site.
Several reasons exist for why you may not see your video on Mr. Clean Scenes: •  All videos must be reviewed and approved prior to appearing on the site. It is possible that your video has yet to be reviewed and approved. •  Videos are displayed in random order, so your video may not appear on the first page. Click View All Videos, and the "Next" button to view all the videos. •  You video has been rejected. You will not be notified if your video is rejected. Read the Official Rules & Terms and the Video Guidelines to make sure your video does not violate any rules or guidelines. Back to top

I sent an email to my friend but my friend didn’t receive the email or I received an error message?
This may be due to an erroneous email address. Check the entire email address and try again. Other reasons why your friend did not receive the email are: •  His/Her email box is full. •  The message may have gone to the Bulk folder due to spam settings he/she may have set for the email account. •  Temporary system error.
