How to Remove Stuck-on Food from Counters in 4 Easy Steps

Mr. Clean® gets your counters cleaner, faster. For him, a clean counter makes for a happier home. Mr. Clean’s best kitchen counter cleaner is the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Kitchen. It’s packed with the toughness of Mr. Clean and the grease-fighting power of Dawn®. Follow these four easy steps and you’ll power through counter stains and stuck-on food.

Step One: Wet.

Before you begin, get your Magic Eraser wet. The water helps activate the legendary cleaning power inside!

Step Two: Squeeze.

After wetting the Magic Eraser, give it a couple of squeezes to pump out excess water. About three to four squeezes will help the Magic Eraser Kitchen and activate its powerful cleanser. Each Magic Eraser Kitchen has micro-scrubbers built-in that release the grease-fighting power of Dawn. Once you see bubbles, you’re ready to go!

Step Three: Erase!

Swipe your sponge all around your counters to reveal clean countertops. Old food should lift away with ease. Light stains can be erased away. Is it really that easy? Yes, it is.

Step Four: Rinse.

Before you’re finished (and you nearly are), wipe down your counters with a wet rag or paper towel. Any surfaces that will be in direct contact with food again should get a once-over with water. And bingo! Job done. Your counters are now legendary clean and you will be pretty pleased yourself too.

Test a small area with light pressure before use. Not recommended for the following surfaces: high gloss, polished, dark, brushed, satin, faux, bare/polished wood, copper, stainless steel appliances, non-stick coating or vehicle body. Rinse required for surfaces in direct contact with food. Do not use with chlorine bleach or other household cleaners. Do not use on skin or other body parts. Using on skin will likely cause abrasions. Avoid contact with eyes. May cause eye irritation. Keep out of reach of toddlers and pets to avoid accidental ingestion.
