How to Clean Stains on Bakeware in 4 Easy Steps

Baking makes friends, but it also makes messes. But now baked-on stains have met their match! Mr. Clean® knows how to clean burnt pan messes and save your favorite bakeware from being burnt out.

Because he only thinks about one thing...cleaning...he found a way to put his legendary clean inside his trusty Magic Eraser, helping you power through a burnt pot or stained baking dish without making you wilt like a bad soufflé. So, why not let him do the hard work? He lives for this.

Prep: Choose your Magic Eraser.

You might think you need specialty cleaning products or a long overnight soak to save your favorite pans, pots and dishes from a dirty demise. You don't. To learn how to clean ceramic pans and other baking dishes, try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Kitchen. It’s dual-sided with one textured side for extra scrubbing power and one side infused with the grease-fighting power of Dawn®. Plus, because he’s always thinking ahead, he contoured his Magic Eraser for easy gripping. Try one and you'll agree...it really is easy to grip. No more scraping your knuckles. Expert tip: Magic Eraser is not recommended for non-stick pans, but is great on a variety of other kitchen essentials.

Step One: Add water.

Wet your Magic Eraser Kitchen with water. The water will activate all of the magic inside, so you can clean with the legendary power of Mr. Clean.

Step Two: Give it a squeeze.

Next, give the Magic Eraser three to four good squeezes. This will initiate the grease-fighting power of Dawn inside that will give you a more powerful swipe.

Step Three: Swipe away!

Use the activated Magic Eraser Kitchen to clean your toughest bakeware. Just swipe firmly across the dirty surface. Start with the really tough spots, like sticky grease and baked-on food, then work your way to the smaller stuff, like dried on batter and little crumbs. Cleaning baking pans is as easy as pie. Actually, it's even easier.

Step Four: Rinse and shine!

When all of your baking pans and dishes are clean and crumb-free, give them a good rinse under running water. Voila! Thanks to Mr. Clean, you can be the best baker on the block and the crowd favorite in your neighborhood.

Test a small area with light pressure before use. Not recommended for the following surfaces: high gloss, polished, dark, brushed, satin, faux, bare/polished wood, copper, stainless steel appliances, non-stick coating or vehicle body. Rinse required for surfaces in direct contact with food. Do not use with chlorine bleach or other household cleaners.
